Terms & Conditions
L'il Fraser Collection - Terms and Conditions of Sale. We want you to have the best possible experience shopping for our products and to come back again and again. There are just a few things we need to make clear:
Purchase Contract
Your purchase contract is with L'il Fraser Collection Pty Ltd ABN 19 162 699 345.
Shipping
For all AUSTRALIAN customers, postage & handling is $7.50 per item capped at $10.50. For All NEW ZEALAND customers, there is a flat fee of $16.70. For other countries, there is a flat rate of $18.80 per item.
Orders over $250*, receive FREE postage & handling.
Goods will normally arrive within 48 hours of your order in Australia, or within 15 working days (International orders). Please contact us if you have not received your order within those times.
When we ship using the Australian or International postal services, you will bear the risk of loss if goods go missing. However, we have very few problems with postal services.
Any taxes or duties payable in the receiving country are the receiver's responsibility.
Prices
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Service Tax (GST). We don't change our prices often, but we do reserve the right to alter them at any time, including when we put items on special.
Product Availability
We maintain good stocks of our products, but in the unlikely event we're unable to supply you straight away, we'll let you know either through the online system, or as soon as possible. If that happens you can change or cancel your order.
Payment
For online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
If you don't want to purchase online, please call our office on (02) 9905 0199 and we will be happy to help you.
For international customers, we will charge your credit card in Australian dollars. The charge you receive on your credit card statement in your home currency will depend on the exchange rate used by your card provider at the time they make the currency conversion. Fertile Mind has no control over this.
Return and Exchanges
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange. We understand it's harder to choose correctly online. However, we do need some rules in order to offer this service:
- You need to send back your product within 14 days.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used or washed incorrectly.
- You will pay for the return postage. The original postage is not refundable. However, in the unlikely event your purchase is faulty, we will refund your purchase price in full including the postage and handling charge.
- The goods must be in their original packaging, clean, unused and undamaged.
Please include in the package the invoice or invoice number of your purchase, your reason for returning it, whether you would like to exchange (and if so, what for) or obtain a refund, and the return postal address. Please include your phone number and/or email address.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not meet these conditions. If you have any concerns or questions about our terms and conditions, please do no hesitate to contact us. Thank you for shopping with us.
